St. Petersburg Group co-founder Irv Cohen and commercial real estate developer Mack Feldman have been added to the Board of Directors of the St. Petersburg Downtown Partnership, the private, nonprofit corporation focused on promoting urban growth and redevelopment. Cohen is also a Managing Director of Innovations Capital Group, a Managing Director of Southeast Capital Group and a Managing Member of Florida Funders.
Feldman is a Vice President with Feldman Equities, which with its partners owns and manages two million square feet of office space in Tampa Bay.
“We’re trying to build a group of community leaders who have diverse world views and diverse perspectives, but who are all committed to community prosperity,” said Downtown Partnership CEO Jason Mathis. “To me, that’s the way that you have a powerful board – smart people with different world views and perspectives who all are committed to the same idea. That’s how you build a strong board.”
